You are doing a great job of making Santa Ana even more congested and <br />allowing developers grab any land available. We need open green spaces! Your parks look like shit and are <br />fully of it. I dare you to ask a developer to spend their money in the parks. I know it's all about the money, but <br />you chose to make the city a sanctuary city.
