Specifically, we support the language to <br />allow for small lot subdivisions within section 34-56 of the municipal code. <br />Shea Properties has been a long-time property owner in Santa Ana. We are committed to investing in <br />the City and to providing economic development opportunities through the redevelopment of industrial <br />and commercial buildings.
