Ltw ifs — <br />- <br />This property was originally designed as a homogeneous industrial <br />complex within the City of Santa Ana. When the zoning was changed <br />to accommodate a church, and then allowing a preschool and now <br />school, it turns this property into a mixed -use property of the most <br />complex dynamics which decreases property values. All of these <br />small business owners purchased their units expecting the business <br />park to remain for commercial purposes only. Property values are <br />affected due to the complex dynamics, lack of parking, and increase <br />operating expenses and perceived value. <br />The City's decision to mix use these lots have placed undue burdens <br />on the existing owners and has increased the cost of doing business. <br />The school has already demonstrated very little concern for these <br />dangers.
