Onsite queuing would lead to additional impacts to accessibility to onsito parking stalls and <br />internal circulation between adjacent businesses within the site. These very significant impacts: in the <br />industrial zone where heavy duty vehicles, equipment, and machinery operate would very well create a <br />death trap for students. <br />Parking. There are anticipated parking issues at the site because the Templo Calvario Church, located <br />at 2501 5111 Street, has expanded. As part of that chureWs approval on October 8, 2008, the church <br />promised to contract with the District for additional parking spaces, but did not follow througit with its <br />connnihnent <br />Given the above objections, which the District has eonveyod numerous times to the City, the District <br />requests that the City conduct the required CFQA review by either a mitigated negative declaration or <br />environmental impact report, as appropriate.
