EXHIBIT A <br />Staff Analysts <br />John Penner Jr. <br />John Penner Jr. has worked for Valbridge Property Advisors for 4 years and <br />is a seasoned real estate analyst. He has performed appraisals on a variety <br />of property types, including portfolio assignments, and has completed all <br />coursework for a Certified General License. John's academic background <br />provides broad experience in writing, research design, data analysis, <br />and statistical methodology/programming. He has two academic <br />journal publications and has performed internal research <br />and presentations for Valbridge's corporate businesses development. John <br />has an undergraduate degree in psychology and music composition <br />and a master's degree in clinical psychology, pending thesis completion. <br />Prior to his work at Valbridge, John has worked as a Research Assistant, <br />Therapist, Content Writer, and Tutor. He has completed multiple appraisal assignments <br />and is skilled at data searches, narrative support, analysis of income <br />and expenses, and is familiar with every facet of the appraisal process. <br />Marcus graduated from CSU Fullerton with a dual degree in <br />Finance and Accounting. He is presently attending the University of San <br />Diego in pursuit of a Master's in Real Estate Degree, which includes <br />most of the required courses for the MAI designation. He has <br />completed all courses toward a Certified General License and is <br />currently a licensed real estate agent.
