Emergency Medical Services Agreement with the OCFA, in their current forms or as those <br />agreements may be further amended, extended, or replaced from time to time. In the event <br />of any conflict, the aforementioned agreements, in their current forms or as those <br />agreements may be further amended, extended, or replaced, shall govern. <br />b.
