EXHIBIT A <br />(Standard Agreement) <br />41 11 E"I a LTYPORD9 <br />CWDB Contract No. M0113521 <br />CWDB/City of Santa Ana <br />Page of 1 <br />This Agreement is entered into by and between the California Workforce Development Board, <br />hereinafter referred to as CWDB, and the City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred to as the <br />Contractor, for the purposes of advancing the CWDB's Strategic Plan goals, specifically the <br />Prison to Employment Initiative. The goals and tasks are identified in Attachment A-1,. <br />Workplan, and further defined in Exhibit E, Contractor's Response to the CWDB Request for <br />Application (RFA) No. 84049. <br />The Contractor will comply, with the terms and conditions set forward in Exhibit A, Scope of <br />Work, Attachment A-1, Workplan, Exhibit B, Budget Detail and Payment Provisions, <br />Attachment B-1, Budget Summary, Attachment B-2, Budget Narrative, Exhibit C, General <br />Terms and Conditions, Exhibit D, Special Terms and Conditions, Exhibit E, Contractor's <br />Response to.CW DB RFA No. 84049, and Exhibit F, CWDB RFA No. 84049, which, by this <br />reference, are made part of the Agreement. <br />2.
