The City notified 215 companies (26 Santa Ana companies), <br />31 companies downloaded the documents (four Santa Ana companies), and four companies <br />submitted proposals (one Santa Ana company) to provide landscape maintenance services at the <br />Santa Ana Zoo. <br />An evaluation committee consisting of three representatives from PRCSA Park Facilities Division <br />and one representative from the PRCSA Santa Ana Zoo Division reviewed and rated the proposals. <br />The proposals were evaluated according to the criteria listed in the RFP, which includes firm/team <br />experience, reference/relevant project experience, listing of resources, manner for performing <br />services/schedule and fee.
