Staff recommends that <br />the City Council award an agreement with ImmDef to provide immigration legal defense services to <br />Santa Ana residents (Exhibit 2). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $180,000 are available for expenditure in FY 2019-20 in the Non - <br />Departmental Contract Services - Professional account (no. 01105015- 62300).
