10. Swept Clean — means minimal debris residual or tailings. <br />11. Special Sweeping (Sweeps) — sweeping involving special events, parades, inclement weather, <br />roadway hazards, spills (similar, but not limited to oil, paper, debris, etc.) and City surface parking <br />lots. <br />12. Travel Speed — sweeper operator must maintain a speed of no more than eight (8) miles per hour, or <br />other agreed upon speed by the City, while the sweeping broom is lowered in the operating position. <br />25J-20 <br />
