REPORTS <br />65A. APPROVE THE ANNUAL CALENDAR OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETINGS FOR 2020 (STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 1) - Clerk of the Council Office <br />1. Review calendar of regularly scheduled City Council Meetings in 2020. <br />2. Cancel the regularly scheduled City Council meeting for January 7, 2020; <br />August 4, 2020; and November 3, 2020. <br />3. Direct staff to post Notice of Cancellation(s). PUBLIC HEARING — RESOLUTION ADJUSTING CITY WATER AND SEWER <br />RATES (NON -GENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1 H} - Public Works <br />Agency As required by the provisions of Proposition 218, notices of a public hearing for <br />adjusting water and sewer rates were mailed to all property owners within the City of <br />Santa Ana water service area on or before October 5, 2019. The Clerk of the Council <br />Office has received 70 protest letters, as of printing of the Agenda. <br />MOTION: Adopt a resolution.
