CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Solorio made community announcements. <br />Councilmember Penaloza requested city staff attend the upcoming Thornton Park <br />Neighborhood Association meeting and reach out to all neighborhood associations <br />regarding the water rate increase. <br />Councilmember Iglesias inquired about the process to proceed with a referendum or <br />initiative.
