<br />amendment to the agreement with Athens Services, Inc., for street sweeping
<br />services for a four-year period, beginning July 1, 2020, and expiring June 30, 2024,
<br />increasing the rate to $17.63 per curb mile, for a total service cost of $952,020, plus a
<br />10 percent contingency of $95,202, for a total annual amount not to exceed
<br />$1,047,222, and a four-year total of $4,188,888, subject to non-substantive changes
<br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX).

<br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute an
<br />agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc., to provide engineering consultant services for the
<br />First Street Pedestrian Improvements Project, for a one-year term beginning
<br />January 21, 2020, and expiring January 20, 2021, with an option for a one-year
<br />extension exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, in the amount of
<br />$399,998, plus a 10 percent contingency of $40,000, for a total amount not to exceed
<br />$439,998, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and
<br />City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX).
