<br />8 This Agreementconstitutes the. entire agreement by and between the OCCW
<br />9 Releasing Parties and the. City Released Parties regarding the matters discussed
<br />10 Herein, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, negotiations,
<br />11. or discussions, either oral or in writing, express or implied, between the OCCW
<br />12 releasing Parties and the City Released Parties relating to, the subject matter
<br />1,3 hereof: The QCCW Releasing Parties and the City.Released. Parties each
<br />14 acknowledge that no representations, inducements,:promises, agreements, or
<br />15 warranties, oral:or otherwise, .have been made by them., or anyone acting on their
<br />16 1 behalf, which are not embodied in this Agreement, that they have not executed this
<br />17 11 Agreement in reliance on any such representatign, inducement, promise,
<br />18 11 agreement; or Warranty, and that no representation, inducement, promise,
<br />19 agreement, or warrahty not contained in this: A'greetnent, including but not limited
<br />20 to., any. purported supplements., modifications, waivers, or terminations of this
<br />21 Agreement, shall be valid or Binding, unless executed in writing by all ofthe
