(SEE ATTACHED PAGE) Signature of Licensee Date TIPS: Please, email or submit an event layout a week in advance to have the setup correct the day of your event. We have a limited number of tables, so please coordinate with Freddy to make sure we have enough tables available for your event. Delhi does not provide any linens for tables. You must include your event setup and cleanup time as that is charged at an hourly rate. We do not have any catering at Delhi nor have any utensils or items for catering. If your event is more than 250 guests you can park along the street or call the church next door for additional parking space. The church is called Our Lady of Guadalupe and their contact number is (714)540-0902 There is street sweeping every Thursday from 8 am -I I am which may conflict with parking. The Ballroom includes AN, 2 wireless microphones, 1 wired microphone, a projector, and a connection from laptop to projector. The 2 connections we have are VGA or HDMI. The Ballroom is the only room that includes AN if you rent another room you are welcome to bring your own projector and speakers if needed. If time allows it is recommended to test your presentation ahead of time to make sure everything works with our system. Please schedule ahead of time. The Ballroom & Classroom 103 & 102 have access to WIFI, we have a sheet with passwords you can ask for at the front desk. 11
