As part of the <br />overall project, a variance to allow a <br />reduction in lot size and a reduction in the <br />required sheyard setback was also <br />requested and approved by the Planning <br />Commission to facilitate construction of a <br />new 3.705-square foot medical office <br />building. At its regular meeting on August <br />26, 2019, the Planning Commission by a <br />vote of 4:e adopted a resolution approving <br />Variance No. 201944 and recommendetl <br />for the City Council to approve the <br />General Plan Amendment. <br />Meeting Time and Date —This matter will <br />be heard on Tuesday.
