Requested the outdoor <br />dining hours be extended. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers and the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Cano motioned to adopt the resolution as recommended by staff. <br />Commissioner Rivera made a friendly amendment to modify Condition No. 4 to extend the <br />outdoor dining area hours until 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with a six-month review <br />to determine if the hours shall be modified. Commissioner Cano accepted the friendly <br />amendment. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />a) Adopt a resolution.
