Case Planner Orozco provided a staff presentation. The following individual spoke on the matter. <br /> <br />• The applicant, Steven Miles, spoke in support of the matter. Requested the outdoor <br />dining hours be extended. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers and the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Cano motioned to adopt the resolution as recommended by staff. <br />Commissioner Rivera made a friendly amendment to modify Condition No. 4 to extend the <br />outdoor dining area hours until 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with a six-month review <br />to determine if the hours shall be modified. Commissioner Cano accepted the friendly <br />amendment. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />a) Adopt a resolution. A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-26 AS <br />CONDITIONED FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR ON-SITE <br />CONSUMPTION AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-27 TO ALLOW AN <br />ARTISAN/CRAFT PRODUCT MANUFACTURING USE FOR NOBLE ALE WORKS <br />RESTAURANT AND BREWERY LOCATED AT 501 NORTH FRENCH STREET; and <br /> <br />b) Adopt a resolution. A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019-28 AS <br />CONDITIONED TO ALLOW AFTER-HOURS OPERATION FOR NOBLE ALE WORKS <br />BREWERY AND RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 501 NORTH FRENCH STREET with the <br />A-3
