EXHIBIT 1 <br />Section 3. At least quarterly, the Executive Director shall place on the Authority <br />Board agenda for information, a report of contract let by the Executive Director pursuant <br />to authority granted hereby. That report shall include the identities of contractors and <br />amounts of each contract. <br />Section 4.
