EXHIBIT 1 <br />NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms to provide Housing Authority <br />Management Software for the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (CA093). Responses to this <br />Request for Proposals (RFP) will be accepted until Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. Questions <br />regarding this Request for Proposals shall be made in writing via e-mail to Judson Brown at Jbrown (a)santa- <br />ana.org. <br />The receiving time at the Front Desk of the City of Santa Ana, Community Development Agency, 6tn <br />Floor, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana CA 92701 will be the governing time for the receipt of <br />proposals.
