5. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH YARDI SYSTEMS, INC. FOR HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4, 11 <br />RECOMMENDEDACTION: Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority <br />and the Recording Secretary to execute an agreement with Yardi Systems, Inc. to provide housing <br />management software services beginning February 4, 2020 and expiring September 30, 2020, with <br />provisions for two (2), one-year extensions exercisable by the Executive Director and Authority <br />General Counsel, in an amount not to exceed $60,000 annually, for a total amount not to exceed <br />$180,000 over a three-year period, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the Executive <br />Director of the Housing Authority and Authority General Counsel. <br />*** END OF BUSINESS CALENDAR *** <br />COMMENTS <br />6.
