APPROVE AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HF&H CONSULTANTS, <br />LLC, FOR SOLID WASTE CONSULTANT SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $221,119 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4, 1 and 5} Public Works Agency <br /> <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement with HF&H Consultants, <br />LLC, by expanding the scope of work for Solid Waste Consulting Services and including <br />additional contract extension negotiation services to address organics recycling and <br />green waste legislation; extending the term through June 30, 2022, with a provision for <br />one 1-year optional extension exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney; and <br />increasing the total compensation by $184,266, plus a 20% contingency of $36,853, for a <br />total increase of $221,119, and resulting in total compensation not-to-exceed $441,919, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(Agreement.
