Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020–036 - Recognizing $1,167,684.14 <br />from the prior year fund balance in the General Fund, for Street Light <br />Maintenance and Repair Improvements. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with California Professional <br />Engineering, Inc., to provide street lighting systems maintenance services, for a <br />three-year period beginning October 2, 2019, and expiring October 1, 2022, with <br />provision for two one-year extensions exercisable by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $2,259,684, the sum is comprised of <br />$1,259,684 for the first year of the agreement and $250,000 annually, including <br />any extension periods, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2019-XXX). <br /> <br />This Consent Item 20C - Agreement No. 2019-174 was approved. <br /> <br />20D.
