<br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT - The City Attorney will report items to be added to <br />Consent Calendar Item 19A from the Closed Session meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS See Item 11A and Item 25D <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido announced that Item 11A will be taken out of order and considered prior to <br />the balance of the Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido announced that Councilmember Sarmiento will leave meeting early. <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido made an announcement regarding Councilmember Bacerra's reception <br />after Item 11A was discussed. <br /> <br />Items 20B, 20A, 20C, 25D, and 22D were considered prior to the balance of the <br />Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido motioned to approve Consent Calendar Items 11A through 25E, with the <br />exception of Items 11A, 20B, 20A, 20C, 25D, and 22D, seconded by Councilmember <br />Bacerra.
