Tim Rush spoke regarding item 1A and 1 B. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss <br />certain matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on <br />advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters <br />will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />pursuant to Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of <br />the Government Code: <br />1 a. City of Santa Ana, Orange County <br />Superior Court, Case No. 30-2018-01024447, <br />2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL --ANTICIPATED <br />LITIGATION pursuant to paragraph (2) OR (3) of subdivision (d) of <br />Section 54956.9 of the Government Code: Two <br />3.
