Commission discussion ensued regarding <br />hours of operation. <br /> <br />Chair McLoughlin opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />The applicant, Mark Gaughan, Jose Tarifa, Operations Manager, and Maria Sebold, Owner, <br />spoke in support of the matter. <br /> <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition of the matter. Those in opposition expressed <br />concern regarding noise, parking, and intoxicated patrons.
