<br />Environmental
<br />Impact -In
<br />accordance with the
<br />California Quality
<br />Environmental Act
<br />(CEQA),
<br />Environmental
<br />Impact Report,
<br />Environmental
<br />Review No. 2018-01
<br />was prepared for the
<br />project to analyze
<br />the potential
<br />impacts of the
<br />project and identify
<br />measures to
<br />mitigate the
<br />environmental
<br />effects. The EIR
<br />concluded that the
<br />proposed project
<br />would require
<br />mitigation related to
<br />aesthetics, air
<br />quality, biological
<br />resources,
<br />hazardous
<br />materials, noise,
<br />and tribal resources.
<br />Impacts related to
<br />aesthetics would
<br />remain significant
<br />and unavoidable
<br />after mitigation.
