Watering, with complete <br />coverage of disturbed areas, shall occur at least three times a day, preferably in the mid - <br />morning, afternoon, and after work is done for the day. <br /> The contractor shall ensure that traffic speeds on unpaved roads and Project site areas are <br />reduced to 15 miles per hour or less. <br />South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule 1113: The following measures shall be <br />incorporated into construction plans and specifications as implementation of Rule 1113. The project <br />shall not include application of any architectural coating within the SCAQMD with VOC content in <br />excess of the values specified in a table incorporated in the Rule. A list of low/no-VOC paints is <br />provided at the following SCAQMD website: www.aqmd.gov/prdas/brochures/paintguide.html. All paints <br />will be applied using either high volume low-pressure spray equipment or by hand application. <br />In Construction Plans and <br />Specifications.
