REVIEW AND DISCUSS THE PROPOSED MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />LOCATED AT 114 AND 117 EAST FIFTH STREET – Ali Pezeshkpour, Case Planner <br /> <br />Case Planner Pezeshkpour provided a project description and information on the Density <br />Bonus Agreement and the Parking Management Plan. A status update on historic <br />preservation efforts was also provided. Michael McCann, applicant, and other <br />representatives provided a presentation which included information on the proposed <br />project’s amenities. Commission discussion ensued regarding historic preservation efforts, <br />amenities, parking, and on-site affordable units. <br /> <br />A-1
