The estimated completion date is <br />March 30, 2020. <br />Apua Housing (317 E. 17th Street) <br />Developer <br />Community Development Partners with Mercy House as the service <br />provider <br />Acquisition, demolition and new construction of a former motel yielding 56 <br />units of affordable permanent supportive housing with wrap -around <br />Description <br />supportive services for chronically homeless individuals and 1 manager's <br />unit. 28 of the 56 units will be funded by MHSA/SNHP funds from the <br />County of Orange. <br />City Funds <br />Fifty-six (56) Project -Based Vouchers (PBVs) <br />Construction is underway with perimeter walls and underground plumbing <br />in -place.
