The quarterly report is required to include the names of the contractors and the <br />amounts of each contract. <br />Section 2-748 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code gives the City Manager contracting authority to <br />enter into non-public works contracts and agreements up to $50,000 and public works contracts <br />and agreements up to $250,000. <br />Exhibit 1 is a listing of all purchase orders and agreements entered into October 1, 2019 to <br />December 31, 2019, valued at amounts between $500 and $50,000 for non-public works <br />construction contracts and up to $250,000 for public works contracts and agreements, as <br />provided by Public Works Agency and Clerk of the Council's Office. Contracts and service <br />agreements valued at greater than $50,000 for non-public works and greater than $250,000 for <br />public works require approval by the City Council and are not included in this listing. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's effort to meet Goal #4 - City Financial Stability, Objective <br />#1 (maintain a stable, efficient and transparent financial environment). <br />19E-1 <br />
