Resolution No. 2019-xx <br />Page 6 of 8 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-33 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-33 for a banquet facility is approved subject to <br />compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC), the California Building Standards <br />Code and all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The Applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The Applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />1. All proposed site improvements must conform to Development Project Review (DP <br />No. 2019-20) and the staff report exhibits. <br /> <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if administrative relief is <br />available or the conditional use permit must be amended. <br /> <br />3. At all times, the banquet facility shall be in compliance with the operational <br />standards for banquet facilities found in Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41- <br />199.1. <br /> <br />4. Live Entertainment, including but not limited to, amplified music, karaoke, <br />performers and dancing, is subject to compliance with Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />Chapter 11 and shall comply with all of the standards contained therein. <br />Notwithstanding the requirement that music/noise shall not be audible beyond 20 <br />feet from the exterior of the premises in any direction. <br /> <br />5. There shall be no amplified music heard outside the building. <br /> <br />6. The establishment shall comply with Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 18-312 <br />related to exterior noise. <br /> <br />7. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy the non-conforming projecting <br />sign shall be removed/demolished. <br /> <br />8. The Applicant shall construct, at his or her sole expense, a solid wall or barrier in <br />full compliance with Santa Ana Municipal Code requirements in the following <br />locations: <br /> <br />a. On the western property line extending from the project frontage at First <br />Street to the first driveway between the subject property and the adjacent <br />property to the west, including a gate across said driveway; and <br />1- 16
