Good Afternoon Mr. Fregoso and comments for the hearing: <br /> <br />I received the notification about the upcoming hearing with Santa Ana for the above referenced <br />project. What is the notification period required for this project? A week’s notice is not very much <br />time to ask questions, obtain plans and details, review them and make time to attend a hearing that <br />you were just notified of….Overall, the Calvary Church is a fantastic neighbor, and I know they will <br />build beautiful improvements. <br /> <br />I am hoping that you can provide information on the proposed improvements. Please make sure <br />that these comments and questions are made a part of the public record in case I need to based on <br />my questions/concerns which may not be answered in time. <br /> <br />My questions/concerns would be as follows: <br /> <br />1010 and 1100 B North Tustin Properties <br />Would you please provide any site plans or available plans for the improvements? <br />Please advise of the height and location of any proposed improvements <br />The density of the project will affect the neighboring properties from a construction and <br />traffic perspective <br />Are there any road improvements required for these improvements <br />Are there any traffic signal improvements required for these improvements <br />Please describe in depth what uses the improved facilities will serve <br />Will there be any facilities used for any community outreach purposes <br />Please specify the type or types of outreach uses including any charitable purposes ie <br />Bible Study Groups, Concert Halls, Youth outreach, drug outreach, feeding the poor, <br />any of these types of uses <br />Please confirm that the expansion will not include any living quarters of any kind, <br />including recreational vehicles, or overnight car parking <br />Outside gathering, eating or smoking areas, benches – Any facilities like this are of a <br />concern to me as a neighbor because of the extensive crime that this area has been <br />experiencing due to the homeless and drug problems facing our city. <br />Hours and Days of Construction <br />Onsite Contact to call <br /> <br />2223 E. WELLINGTON – same questions as above if part of the expansion <br />The address of this property was not included in the description but the map shows it next to the <br />project. This property is directly adjacent to our property so I am very interested in any proposed <br />changes or improvements to this parcel, especially. <br />Does the Calvary Church own the parcel south of Wellington as shown on the map <br />Are any of the improvements proposed for this parcel <br />If yes, please answer the same questions as above <br />Please advise of the height and location of any proposed improvements <br />The density of the project will affect the neighboring properties from a construction <br />and traffic perspective <br />Please describe in depth what uses the improved facilities will serve
