The City of Santa Ana's Warner Avenue Protected <br />Gene Hernandez <br />Bike Lanes Project (Project) was approved for $1,116,126 in Congestion <br />Director <br />Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) program funds. <br />Jose F. Moreno <br />Director <br />The project is subject to the California Department of Transportation's (Caltrans) <br />Joe Muller <br />Director <br />eligibility review and approval. The City of Santa Ana must follow all requirements <br />outlined in the BCIP Guidelines and Procedures, Caltrans, and Federal Highway <br />Mark A. Murphy <br />Director <br />Administration (FHWA) requirements, including but not limited to: <br />Richard Murphy <br />Director <br />Execution of the cooperative agreement between OCTA and the <br />Miguel Pulido <br />City of Santa Ana. <br />Director <br />The project must be programmed in the Federal Transportation <br />Mlchelte Steel <br />Improvement Program. In order to maximize flexibility, OCTA may <br />Director <br />program the funds in a later year than approved and utilize expedited <br />Donald P.
