El Cajon 94 <br />In accordance with the RFP, staff recommends awarding a contract to DN Tanks, Inc. (Exhibit 1). <br />Their proposal demonstrated a high technical competency and experience performing similar <br />services. The proposal contained a clear path toward achieving City goals and objectives as <br />required by the RFP. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy C (invest resources and technology to extend the service life of existing <br />infrastructure to protect the City's investment and support a high quality of life standard). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are budgeted and available in the Water Utility Water Production and Supply Account (No. <br />06017640-62300).
