EXHIBIT 2 <br />The City of Santa Ana <br />18-HEAP-00007 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />Standard Agreement <br />EXHIBIT E <br />Amended Terms <br />Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) <br />BCSH is authorizing a revision to Exhibit B, Section 1, as requested by the <br />Contractor on December 11, 2019. In no way does this amendment relieve the <br />Contractor of its requirements under the remainder of the agreement, which <br />include complying with the no -reimbursement provisions of the HEAP contract for <br />all remaining HEAP funds, using a minimum of five percent of HEAP funds for the <br />purposes of addressing youth homelessness, and using a maximum of five percent <br />of HEAP funds for the administration of this grant. <br />2. Notwithstanding Exhibit B of this agreement and based on the revisions requested <br />by the Contractor and authorized in Section 1 of this Exhibit, the following figures <br />represent the new allocation of HEAP resources approved underthe current HEAP <br />agreement. The Contractor agrees to expend funds consistent with the allocation <br />provided below: <br />A. Services: $ 2,698,000.00 <br />B. Rental Assistance or Subsidies: $ 00.00 <br />C. Capital Improvements: $ 623,797.26 <br />D. Homeless Youth Set -Aside: $ 184,544.29 <br />E. Administrative Costs`. $ 184,544.29 <br />F.
