REPORTING <br />Standard Features <br />Feature <br />version <br />Application <br />Functions and Benefits <br />GL Batch Drill -Down <br />5.0 <br />All <br />See page 10 in the "Customer <br />Service, Call Tracking and <br />Inquiry' section for a description <br />of this feature. <br />Flat History: Combine Billing and Consumption <br />5.5 <br />All <br />This enhancement creates a <br />History into a Single Database Table for Simplified <br />new reporting table called <br />Reporting <br />"enquesta.history," upon which <br />Cognos models can be built. <br />For easier reporting, this table <br />"flattens" and merges billing <br />history, billing history detail, <br />consumption history, and <br />balance detail history into a <br />single indexed table. <br />Additionally, G/L numbers can <br />now be associated with historical <br />transactions (formerly they were <br />only summary). <br />Benefit., Now report authors can <br />create new Cognos reports more <br />easily in these areas, without <br />having to know or understand <br />the complex joins that exist <br />between the enQuesta tables. <br />NOTE: This feature must be <br />set up by S&S at each utility site. <br />A conversion process to load <br />history back to a certain date <br />is required.
