SITE PLAN REVIEW NO, 2019-01 AND DENSITY BONUS AGREEMENT NO. 2019-01 — <br />Case Planner, Ali Pezeshkpour <br /> <br />LOCATION: 114 East Fifth Street and 117 East Fifth Street in the Transit Zoning Code <br />(Specific Development No. 84), Downtown sub-zone. <br /> <br />REQUEST: The applicant, Toll Brothers Apartment Living, requests approval of a (1) site <br />plan review and (2) density bonus agreement in order to facilitate the construction of a 256- <br />unit multi-family residential project and a parking lot on a 5.93-acre site. <br /> <br />All commissioners disclosed they were contacted by the applicant’s representative <br />regarding the project. <br /> <br />Case Planner Pezeshkpour provided a staff presentation. The applicant also provided a <br />presentation. <br /> <br />Recording Secretary reported that written correspondence had been distributed. <br /> <br />Chair McLoughlin opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />The following individuals spoke in support of the project. <br /> <br />1. Diane Fradkin <br />2. John Fradkin <br />3. James Kendrick <br />4. Adam Wood <br />5. Jeff Musial <br />6. Dimitri Lujan <br />7. Tim Rush <br />8. Jean Shin <br /> <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition to the project. <br /> <br />1. Larry Gonzalez <br />2. Rich Gomez <br /> <br />The following individual made a neutral comment. <br /> <br />1. Mike Tardif <br /> <br />There were no other speakers and the Public Hearing was closed.
