This <br />notice is being sent to those who live or own property within 500 feet of the project site or who <br />have expressed an interest in the proposed action. We encourage you to contact us prior to the <br />Public Hearing if you have any questions. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Action: The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive public <br />testimony, and will take action on the item described below. Decision on this matter is final unless <br />appealed within 10 days by any interested party or individual. <br /> <br />Project Location: 2920 South Kilson Drive located in the Light Industrial (M-1) zoning district. <br /> <br />Project Applicant: Lauryn Mayo, Canine Rehabilitation Center <br /> <br />Proposed Project: The applicant is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-44 to <br />allow the operation of a canine rehabilitation center/kennel. <br /> <br />Environmental Impact: The Planning Commission will consider a determination that the project is <br />categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301, <br />Class 1 of the CEQA Guidelines –Existing Facilities. Notice of Exemption, Environmental Review No. <br />2019-118 will be filed for this project. <br /> <br />Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701.
