The City Council finds, based on <br />advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters <br />will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br />CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to <br />Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code: <br />1A. County of Orange, et al., (Cross -Complaint), U.S. <br />District Court (Central District of California), Case No. SA CV 18-0155-DOC <br />(KESx) <br />1 D. City of Santa Ana and the People of the State of California v. Orange <br />County Association for Mental Health dba Mental Health Association of <br />California, et al, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2020-01124174- <br />CU-MC-CJC <br />2.
