SECTION 9: That the Clerk of Council is authorized, instructed and directed to <br />coordinate with the County of Orange Registrar of Voters to procure and furnish any <br />and all official ballots, notices, printed matter and all supplies, equipment and <br />paraphernalia that may be necessary in order to properly and lawfully conduct the <br />election. <br />SECTION 10: The City Council directs the Clerk of Council to file a certified <br />copy of this Resolution with the Orange County Registrar of Voters and the Orange <br />County Board of Supervisors. <br />SECTION 11: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adopting by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2020. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
