pay monetary or non -monetary consideration for the Collection, transportation, <br />transfer, or processing of Recyclable Material and/or Organic Material, the fact <br />that the Generator receives a reduction or discount in price (or in other terms of <br />the consideration the Generator is required to pay) shall not be considered a sale <br />or donation as described in Section 16-30(c) of the City of Santa Ands Municipal <br />Code; <br />b) Solid Waste which is removed from any Premises by the Waste Generator, and <br />which is transported personally by such Generator (or by his or her full-time <br />employees, but not a subcontractor) to a processing or Disposal Facility in a <br />manner consistent with all Applicable Laws and regulations; <br />c) Yard Waste removed from a Premises by a gardening, landscaping, or tree <br />trimming company, utilizing its own equipment, as an incidental part of a total <br />service offered by that company rather than as a hauling service; <br />d) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of animal <br />remains from slaughterhouse or butcher shops for use as tallow; <br />e) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of by- <br />products of sewage treatment, including sludge, sludge ash, grit and screenings; <br />f) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of <br />Hazardous Material, Household Hazardous Waste and radioactive waste <br />regardless of its source; <br />g) Construction and Demolition Debris which has accumulated and/or been <br />generated at a temporary construction site and which is removed using a Roll -off <br />Box or Bin, except Construction and Demolition Debris which is generated from <br />City Government Operations which is exclusive to this Agreement; [NOTE: IF <br />COUNCIL ADDS C&D TO AGREEMENT THIS SECTION TO BE REVISED] <br />h) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing and Disposal of <br />automobiles and automobile parts by vehicle dismantlers or owners of vehicle <br />salvage yards; <br />i) The Collection, transfer and transport of clean dirt, excepting that which is <br />Collected from City Operations as described in Sections 4.4.1 and 4.4.2; <br />February 11, 2020 60 -3 144 City of Santa Ana - DRAFT <br />
