organized such that each Customer has a unique folder that will house service <br />proposals, photographs, and other items documenting the Contractor's compliance <br />implementation interactions with the Customer. <br />4.3.6.2 Organics Waste Recycling Program Cost <br />The full compensation to Contractor to provide the Commercial and Multi -Family <br />Organic Materials program as described in Section 4.3.6 is included in the approved rate <br />schedule. Organic Materials Carts and Bins, public outreach, and all other elements of <br />this program are to be provided at no additional cost. Participation in this program is <br />anticipated to increase over time and has been factored into the rates, and no further <br />compensation adjustment shall be implemented except for the annual rate adjustment <br />described in Article 6. <br />4.3.7 Roll -off Box Organic Materials Collection Service <br />Contractor shall make permanent Roll -off Box Organic Materials Collection available to <br />all Customers in accordance with the approved rate schedule. <br />4.3.8 Food Rescue and Donation Program <br />Contractor shall coordinate food rescue and donation efforts with each Customer <br />deemed to generate Organic Materials as required by CalRecycle. Coordination shall <br />include providing Customers with information on rescue and donation opportunities. <br />Contractor shall perform quarterly examinations of Customer's waste stream for food <br />donation opportunities and report results to the City and food rescue organizations. <br />4.3.9 Contamination Warning Notice - Commercial and Multi -Family Premises Bin <br />Customers <br />Contractor is responsible for visually inspecting Containers for the Collection of <br />Recyclables and Organics as may be necessary to determine whether the content is <br />contaminated with non -Recyclable or non -Organic Solid Waste. Additionally, <br />Contractor shall perform contamination monitoring, route reviews, and inspections in <br />compliance with the CalRecycle requirements under SB 1383. <br />The Recycling Containers shall be considered contaminated if it contains more than ten <br />percent (10%) non -Recyclable material by weight.
