20. OPTIONAL SERVICE: CITYWIDE CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION <br />DEBRIS COLLECTION AND DIVERSION SERVICES <br />The City Council may consider whether to include construction and demolition debris <br />collection and diversion services within the scope of the exclusive agreement. <br />Proposer shall describe: <br />i. Experience in providing C&D collection and recycling services; <br />ii. Diversion facilities to be used and ability to comply with the State -mandated diversion <br />requirement for Construction and Demolition Debris under CalGreen as described on <br />Section 4.6.5 of the agreement, <br />iii. Propose rates in Attachment 3. <br />21. PROPOSAL ENHANCEMENTS <br />Provided that the proposer has submitted a proposal that meets all of the minimum <br />requirements of this RFP, the proposer may also offer additional enhancements that exceed <br />the requirements of this RFP and the franchise agreement. Any such enhancements shall be <br />listed by number under this section in the RFP or it may be omitted from the proposal <br />evaluation. Proposers should include the following information for each enhancement: <br />i. The additional charge, if any, to City or ratepayer for enhancement, <br />ii. How the enhancement exceeds RFP requirements; and, <br />iii.
