EXHIBIT 1 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR TITLE AND ESCROW SERVICES <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on March 17, <br />2020, by and between Commonwealth Land Title Company ("Consultant') and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and <br />laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Parties entered into Agreement No. A-2015-049, dated April 30, 2015, by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide escrow and title services ("Agreement'). <br />B. The Agreement remains in effect through March 31, 2020, and the parties now wish to further <br />extend the term of the Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2020. <br />2.
