Working people in Santa Ana are already seeing reduced, and even entirely eliminated, <br />paychecks, and will find it difficult if not impossible to pay their rents beginning next month. Families <br />across Santa Ana will begin to face severe financial burdens and you have the power to help. <br />We, the undersigned, are calling on you as elected officials to act urgently to prevent what could <br />potentially be thousands of working families facing eviction. Specifically, we call on you now to <br />immediately docket an emergency ordinance that would provide a moratorium on all rental increases, <br />evictions and foreclosures within Santa Ana.
