Right at lam on the dot! An <br />officer was waiting to citate my car. I came out right at 7am and saw the police car just waiting. Even the ticket shows <br />the time as 7am. We are limited to parking so why are these officers focused on that! I'm already not working because <br />of this quarantine and now this! Just not happy. <br />
