Award Purchase Order for Ford F550 Chipper Body Trucks <br />April 7, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on January 9, 2020, on the City's online bid management <br />and publication system. A summary of the bid invitation and bids received is as follows: <br />442 Vendors were notified <br />22 Santa Ana vendors were notified <br />13 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />5 Bids received <br />0 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors <br />Five bids were received and opened on February 6, 2020. After evaluating the bids (Exhibit 1), one <br />was determined to be responsive. Out of the four bids deemed nonresponsive, one bid did not <br />meet minimum truck specification requirements, while the remaining three bids were missing <br />required bid forms.
