Moore and Associates, Inc. <br />86.5 <br />Owen Group <br />77.25 <br />Cordoba <br />73.75 <br />Cannon <br />169 <br />In accordance with the RFP, staff recommends awarding contracts to Beyaz & Patel, Inc., <br />Richard Brady & Associates, Inc. and Tetra Tech, Inc. (Exhibits 1 through 3). Each proposal <br />demonstrated a high technical competency and experience performing similar services. The <br />proposals contained a clear path toward achieving City goals and objectives as required by the <br />RFP. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy C (invest resources and technology to extend the service life of existing <br />infrastructure to protect the City's investment and support a high quality of life standard). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available for expenditure in FY 2019-2020 in the Water Administration Engineering, <br />Contractual Services -Professional Account (No. 06017645-62300), and will be included in <br />proposed budgets for expenditure in future fiscal years according to the terms of the contracts. <br />Exhibits: 1.
