The <br />work also include replacement/installation of missing or damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalk, <br />driveway approaches, wheelchair ramps, and striping. <br />Alton Avenue Rehabilitation: Main to Standard <br />Reconstruction/resurfacing of existing pavement and replacement/installation of missing or <br />damaged, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway approaches, and wheelchair ramps within this <br />segment of roadway. <br />Fairview Avenue Rehabilitation: City Limits to Segerstrom <br />Reconstruction/resurfacing of existing pavement and replacement/installation of missing or <br />damaged, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway approaches, and wheelchair ramps within this <br />segment of roadway. <br />Flower Street Rehabilitation: McFadden to First St <br />Reconstruction/resurfacing of existing pavement and replacement/installation of missing or <br />damaged, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway approaches, and wheelchair ramps within this <br />segment of roadway. <br />MacArthur Boulevard Rehabilitation: Fairview to Raitt <br />Reconstruction/resurfacing of existing pavement and replacement/installation of missing or <br />damaged, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway approaches, and wheelchair ramps within this <br />segment of roadway. <br />The City must annually submit the proposed RMRA projects list to the CTC, and as required, <br />provide updates on the project progress. Therefore, staff recommends that the City Council adopt <br />a resolution recognizing the proposed project list which will utilize FY 2020-21 RMRA funds (Exhibit <br />1). <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (Establish and Maintain a Community Investment Plan for All City <br />Assets), Strategy G (Develop and Implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />Coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action <br />55E-2 <br />
