7. Construction Support Services. <br />• Respond to RFIs <br />• Review submittals <br />• Attend construction meetings when requested <br />• Prepare as -built drawings <br />TASK 5 — ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />If requested by the City, Beyaz & Patel will provide following <br />additional services, beyond the services included in the scope. <br />I. Attendance to additional meetings beyond those <br />specifically identified in the scope. <br />2. Environmental services, including environmental reviews, <br />analysis or studies, permit preparation and processing, <br />attendance to public hearings, etc. <br />• <br />3. Assistance with public participation and communications, <br />including planning and participation in public outreach <br />programs, attendance to public meetings and workshops, <br />etc. <br />4. Planning, analysis or design of additional or alternative <br />facilities. <br />5. Construction phase services such as office and field <br />engineering support, field observation, construction <br />contract administration, change order review and <br />processing, etc. <br />6.
